The Feedback Experience

Teachers experience hundreds of feedback moments everyday and thousands of feedback moments in aggregate over the course of a semester or full school year. This feedback comes from a multitude of formal and informal sources. When considered in totality, the insights depicted in the previous pages reveal a complex portrait of how education administrators perceive an ideal feedback system, how teachers themselves interpret the current system and how, with proper intervention, we might orchestrate an interconnected feedback system that connects the formal and informal. The following pages illustrate these three distinct feedback experience models.
